Galvenais
- Naktī no 6. novembra нові знеструмлення were recorded in Vinnytsia, Dnipropetrovsk, Zhytomyr, Zaporizhzhia, Kyiv, Kharkiv and Chernihiv oblasts.
- As of the morning of 6 November, five-phase emergency outages applied in Kyiv and Kyiv, Zhytomyr, Chernihiv and Cherkasy oblasts.
- Five-phase outages amount to approximately 20 hours without electricity per day.
- Emergency outages were introduced to prevent voltage levels in the power system from falling.
- In some regions, other consumers faced outages of 2.5–4 phases, or 10–16 hours per day.
- Industrial consumers were subject to power-capacity restrictions.
- The most difficult situation was reported in Kyiv and Kyiv Oblast.
Kāpēc tas ir svarīgi
Enerģētikas infrastruktūras bojājumi izraisīju plašas elektroenerģijas piegādes pārtraukumus vairākos reģionos. Piecu ķēru avārijas apgriezumi Kijevā un četros apgabalos означають close to 20 hours of outages per day, while industrial consumers face capacity limits. Restrictions were imposed to prevent voltage declines in the power system. Air-raid alerts also interrupted repair work, complicating efforts to restore stable electricity supply.
Kas notika
Russian strikes caused new power outages during the night of 6 November in Vinnytsia, Dnipropetrovsk, Zhytomyr, Zaporizhzhia, Kyiv, Kharkiv and Chernihiv oblasts. By the morning, emergency five-phase outages were in effect in Kyiv and Kyiv, Zhytomyr, Chernihiv and Cherkasy oblasts. Such outages provide for about 20 hours without electricity per day and were introduced because the regional energy systems are in critical condition and voltage levels need to be maintained. In other areas, outages for other consumers ranged from 2.5 to four phases, equal to 10–16 hours per day. Industrial consumers faced power-capacity restrictions. Energy workers began repairing damaged facilities where security conditions allowed and continued efforts to restore stable supply around the clock, although repairs in some locations were suspended during air-raid alerts. Kyiv and Kyiv Oblast had the most difficult situation.
Kā to atspoguļo Ukrainas avoti
Ukrainian reporting emphasized the geographic scale of the outages, damage to energy infrastructure, the severity of emergency restrictions and the effect of air-raid alerts on repair work. The reports also highlighted the critical condition of the energy system and the need to prevent voltage declines.
Konteksts
The most difficult energy-supply situation was reported in Kyiv and Kyiv Oblast. Outside the areas with five-phase emergency outages, hourly schedules generally ranged from 2.5 to four phases, corresponding to 10–16 hours of outages per day. The Ministry of Energy warned that the energy-system situation could change throughout the day because of the attacks.
